Senior Program Manager
Description
Village Capital is looking for a Kenya-based Senior Program Manager, to lead the implementation of a global portfolio of 10 grants, across 10 markets. This role, subject to funding, is a full-time, fixed-term role for 3 years (2025-2027) and details of the funding and the program will be provided to the selected candidate after they are selected.
This is a dynamic role requiring experience in grants management, program coordination, and the ability to lead across diverse markets with various stakeholders.
The Senior Program Manager will be responsible for leading the management of these grants, ensuring high-quality program delivery, monitoring and reporting across all markets, and coordinate closely with Implementing Partners to ensure alignment with the global program framework, manage communication efforts, and support alumni and learning initiatives.
