Description
For over 25 years, Christel House has provided high-quality, no-fee education to more than 20,000 students through nine schools across five countries.
They are now at a pivotal point and are expanding their transformative model to new countries.They are looking for visionary entrepreneurs to establish and lead new schools. Their comprehensive, two-year Fellowship program is designed to equip Fellows with the resources and experiences necessary to bring Christel House to two of the six target countries: Ghana, Kenya, Colombia, Peru, Nepal, and Bangladesh.
Fellows will receive competitive pay, mentorship, financial support, and resources to build, launch, and operate a Christel House School in their country. The Fellow will eventually transition to the role of Chief Executive Officer of Christel House in their country. The two-year Fellowship program kicks off in late 2025.
Candidates must have at least 10 years of professional experience, including 5 years in leadership roles; a proven track record in fundraising; entrepreneurial skills; and a passion for improving lives.
