Are you passionate about making a difference in environmental education? Nature Connect is looking for a driven Programme Implementation Coordinator to lead and inspire schools across South Africa. This role involves program delivery, team management, partnership development, budget oversight, and CRM system management. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, 4+ years of project management experience, 2+ years of team leadership experience, and knowledge of the South African education system.
As a Programme Coordinator, you will be instrumental in implementing the Sustainable Schools Programme across South Africa. You will manage and support our School Coordinators, ensuring high- quality service delivery while building strong relationships with schools and partners. This position involves
hands-on work both online and in the field, driving programme success and offering opportunities for career advancement. This position reports to the Programme Operations Coordinator who will provide you with the support and guidance needed to thrive in this role.
