A core part of Dalberg's mission is to help build future leaders in the social impact sector and maximize the impact that they and Dalberg can have on the world. Dalberg has established and continues to expand a robust learning and development team focused on designing, coordinating, and implementing our global and regional training offerings. This function is led by the Global Learning and Development Manager, who collaborates closely with regional and business-specific training teams and governance committees.

Working closely under the supervision of the Global L&D Manager, the L&D Associate will be responsible for executing in-person and virtual global training sessions, maintaining and updating high-quality training content and systems, and driving engaging communication strategies. The role also involves ensuring that staff fully utilize available training resources while reinforcing the use of the Dalberg Craft, which guides the quality and consistency of our projects.
