Senior Associate
Description
We are looking for an experienced Impact Investment Professional to manage the Impact-Linked Fund for Education, dedicated to expanding affordable access to quality basic education for children and youth in developing countries.
You will join the Advisory & Partnerships team as a Senior Associate, and you will be responsible for managing the Impact-Linked Fund for Education going forward by:
• Independently overseeing the timely implementation of the funding window with transactions being structured globally by different transaction managers, communicating regularly to our donors and other key stakeholders and by supporting the transaction managers with your experience in results-based
finance and/or impact investments
• Lead selected impact-linked finance transactions end-to-end including pipeline building, financial and impact due diligence, scorecard assessments, pricing of outcomes, negotiation of contracts as well as monitoring of selected enterprises.
• Ensure compliance with our operational and financial reporting schedule including updating cashflow projections, submit donor reporting documentation, report implementation success against log-frame and coordinate the external audit process
• Co-design and oversee the implementation of technical assistance program with an external partner.
• Contribute to external awareness raising by presenting the fund’s achievements at external conferences, drafting learning reports and support further fundraising efforts
