The Senior Manager will play a key role in driving the success of the Program Strategy and Performance (PSP) team by providing essential support to program activities in collaboration with the Deputy Chief Program Officer. In this capacity, the Senior Manager will focus on developing and refining program content that aligns with the overarching country strategies, ensuring that the programmatic work is accurately and effectively positioned for proposals, donor reports, and external engagements. This position requires a deep understanding of program design and community health initiatives, which will be crucial in shaping strategies that meet both the organizational goals and the needs of the communities we serve.This role is pivotal in aligning programmatic work with country strategies and ensuring effective positioning in proposals, donor reports, and external engagements.
The Senior Manager will also manage program materials to inform partnerships and business development, collaborating with LMH’s portfolio, including Africa Frontline First, Liberia, Sierra Leone, Ethiopia, and Malawi. Additionally, the role involves crafting compelling narratives for grant proposals that align with organizational goals and working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure a data-driven approach to strategy design. By blending strategic insights and practical program knowledge, the Senior Manager will help ensure that LMH’s community health programs continue to expand in alignment with the organization’s mission, fostering strong relationships with stakeholders, donors, and partners.This role is open to candidates either based in Accra, Ghana or the Eastern Seaboard of the United States. This position is only open to candidates who do not require any paid sponsored or unsponsored work authorization in Ghana or the US. This role is fully remote in the US and hybrid in Ghana.
