Regional Head

The Regional Head will play an active role in high-level strategy and advisory conversations with senior executives, government officials, and key industry leaders. Your insights and expertise will help shape policies and investments that drive growth across Africa’s emerging markets.

We are looking for someone with 7-10 years of experience in strategy, market intelligence, consulting, or operations within Africa’s markets, preferably with experience driving a product. The candidate should have a proven track record in managing complex portfolios involving high-profile clients, governments, or international organisations. Strong leadership skills, along with the ability to build and scale regional teams and operations, are essential. Fluency in English is required, and knowledge of languages such as French, Arabic, Swahili, or Portuguese would be a plus.

This role also demands the ability to leverage insights into strategies that can influence decision-making at the highest level. Your communication skills must be exceptional, allowing you to represent Briter Bridges at major events, forums, and strategic conversations. The role will likely involve speaking on leading media outlets such as CNN, CNBC, Bloomberg, and TechCrunch.
