Climate Finance Researcher
Description
SAIIA seeks to appoint a Climate Finance Researcher to join the Institute’s Climate and Natural Resources Programme to support existing projects related to climate finance, diplomacy, adaptation and energy policy. This includes supporting the Programme Head in fundraising activities to secure additional projects.
This position, which is based in SAIIA’s Cape Town office, requires excellent research and writing skills as well as the ability to work in a flexible and demanding environment. One of the key initial projects that the researcher will be involved in concerns climate finance and the just transition in the context of BRICS and the G20.
