Team Lead - The Bridge Program

The Team Lead of The Bridge Program will be the face of The Bridge Program and be in-charge to oversee the end-to-end delivery of TBP across cohorts and handle key activities like admissions, program delivery, post-program pathways, and alumni engagement. Areas of responsibility may include, but are not limited to:

Admissions

• Design the admissions process and evaluation framework each year based on yearly goals and targets
• Support the Growth & Marketing Team to host webinars, build communities across universities, and run the Campus Ambassador Program
• Build all collaterals for admissions - admissions guide, marketing materials, pitch decks etc. as necessary
• Hire and train the admissions team based on the evaluation framework in order to maintain an unbiased selection process while maintaining/improving selection metrics
• Design the on-boarding process of each fellow into the ecosystem

Program Innovation and Delivery

• Execute day-to-day operations including program implementation, delivery, and community management
• Lead all the bootcamps as Camp Director and periodically train a diverse team of program managers, program associates, facilitators, and volunteers for successful execution of the camp
• Strengthen the bootcamp curriculum and other learning materials, as and when required
• Design post-bootcamp engagement for students to ensure all curriculum pillars are covered including real-life experiences and General Assembly during active programming period
• Work with technology tools to automate processes and use LMS on a daily basis as the medium for dissemination of TBP
• Manage end-to-end bootcamp operations, vendors, logistics, and budgets with The Bridge Team
• Enforce data-driven improvements to enhance operations and program experience to achieve fellow engagement, outcomes etc.

Post-program Pathways

• Chart post-program pathways for students in three tracks i) Public Leadership ii) Entrepreneurship iii) Corporate and Business Leadership
• Develop partnerships with corporates, public offices, embassies, venture capitals, incubation hubs, entrepreneurs, professors, educators, industry veterans and others to help each fellow on their leadership journey
• Track student success data using Monitoring and Evaluation framework and measuring progress of students
• Develop program reports and work in close coordination with the Communications and Design teams to design data-driven reports for internal and external stakeholders

Alumni Engagement
• Manage alumni communities to help nurture TBP Alumni ecosystem
• Conduct induction ceremony for each TBP Batch engaging the current and past cohorts
• Engage with potential alumni by electing a class representative from each year and increasing the alumni community engagement
• Ensure periodically that alumni are reaching their leadership positions as defined in TBP framework
• Help nurture alumni relationships to convert them into donors, alumni interviewers, and other functions
