Communications Officer
Description
Digital Earth Africa requires the services of a talented communications officer to support the work that we undertake working with diverse partners and stakeholders across the African continent, and beyond. The communications officer reports directly to the Communications Lead.
The communications officer will be a strong all-rounder who possesses excellent long- and short-form writing skills, and strong design capabilities with experience in producing a variety of multimedia products, including video. The communications officer will have a sound understanding of - and experience in - digital and traditional communications principles and tactics.
The communications officer should be highly detail oriented, with the ability to work independently and able to quickly digest complex information to formulate high-quality communications outputs.
