As the COO, you will oversee programmatic interventions and ensure smooth operations of our Rwanda office. You will work closely with the Country Manager and senior leadership team to drive impactful initiatives, including work readiness training, CV and mock interview support, and technical skill delivery via partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage Harambee Rwanda’s operations and interventions.
- Oversee work readiness skilling and pathways.
- Manage curriculum amendments and support the Country Manager.
- Build and track impact sourcing value propositions for the GBS sector.
- Establish and maintain partnerships with skilling partners.
- Conduct monthly progress updates and submit quarterly reports to stakeholders.
