Purpose
The Operations Manager will oversee the daily operations and logistics of Streetscapes, ensuringthat all projects are completed efficiently, on time, within budget and that processes continuouslyimproves.This role requires an experienced manager and strategic thinker who is also an effectiveimplementer. They will have an interest in social and urban development, driven to join a small,dynamic team making a meaningful impact.

Responsibilities
• Project Management Lead operations project planning, initiation and implementation, ensuringStreetscapes’ initiatives meet deadlines and quality standards.
• Logistics Oversee facilities and transport logistics, ensuring functional spaces and smoothoperations.
• Team Management Guide, mentor and support teams across logistics, admin, and maintenance,fostering a strong team culture.
• Budget Management Oversee departmental budgeting and ensure resources are used efficientlyand cost-effectively.
• Compliance Ensure compliance with health, safety, and legal regulations, while maintainingoperational excellence.
• HR & IT Manage outsourced HR and IT functions to ensure smooth, integrated support systems.
• Administration Supervise all non-finance administrative functions, ensuring the organisation runsefficiently behind the scenes.
• Systems & Processes Set up and/or improve systems, process and policies to support efficientdelivery of services
• Procurement Maintain the supplier database and ensure procurement processes are in place andfollowed
• Stakeholder relations Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and partners
