Prevail Fund
Partnerships Officer/Senior Officer

Description
You will manage Prevail’s relationship with approximately 2-5 organizations, gaining deep insights and assisting them in projects—either with the support of Prevail's technical staff or third-party service providers. Your main task will be to prepare these organizations to create verifiable impact at scale, benefiting millions of children. Specifically, your responsibilities will include:
- Identifying and Assessing Potential Organizations
- Building out our pipeline of potential partners and supporting the diligence process. This includes:
- Field visits to see operations and their outcomes
- Interviews with staff, leading external experts and peers
- Rigorous review of internal systems, documents, and impact data
- Supporting Organizations to Scale
- Identify barriers to impact at scale with your partner organization(s).
- Scope and deliver projects - either yourself or through a third party service provider - to solve challenges and unlock growth opportunities
- Engage in regular strategic conversations with organizations to ensure they are on track, and that Prevail is able to support them in what they do best
- Ensure Prevail always has access to the most important data and information about your partner organization(s)
- Building a Global Coalition
- Partner with other officers at Prevail on internal and external projects that could impact the broader cohort. For example, bringing together leaders from multiple organizations to workshop specific opportunities and challenges
- Facilitate trials to accelerate promising new technologies or programmatic improvements across the cohort
- Other General Work
- Since Prevail is a start-up, there may be some additional work to ensure we are fulfilling all key activities necessary to run our fund - for example, supporting a specific donor request or researching new Government initiatives
About you
Ideal candidates should meet the following criteria:
