The Project Coordinators – Private Sector Engagement, play a crucial role in driving project outcomeswhile supporting the Project Manager. This position is essential for maintaining high standards inproject execution and results, mainly through proactive collaboration with the private sector. The Project Coordinator is instrumental in securing private sector buy-in and engagement in market-ledinterventions across projects, utilizing effective strategies to foster collaboration.In addition to this pivotal role, the Project Coordinator supports Monitoring and Results Measurement(MRM), donor reporting, and business development and facilitates Knowledge Exchange and Learninginitiatives that integrate private sector insights.
Collaboration is vital; the Project Coordinator works closely with the Project Manager, team members,local partners, and private sector stakeholders to achieve project objectives and drive impactfulresults.
This position is based in Nairobi, Kenya, and requires approximately 70% travel to field locations. Itoffers opportunities for engagement with diverse communities and stakeholders, includingrepresentatives from the private sector, reinforcing the importance of their collaboration in projectsuccess.
