Description
Sistah Sistah Foundation (SSF) is a feminist organization dedicated to advancing gender justice, equity, and the rights of women and marginalized communities. We are looking for a Junior HR Personnel who shares our feminist values and can provide HR support on a part-time basis. We are open to a hybrid working schedule, allowing flexibility while ensuring key HR functions are effectively managed.
Key Responsibilities
• Provide HR support, including recruitment, onboarding, and maintaining employee records.Ensure compliance with Zambian labor laws and employment policies.
• Offer guidance on HR best practices, workplace policies, and employee relations.
• Support performance management processes and conflict resolution.
• Assist in organizing staff training and development initiatives.Respond to HR-related queries and provide strategic support to the organization.
