When using the #AfricaJobsBoard, you as "The Client" agree to the following terms:  

1. Pricing and Payment
The cost for posting an opportunity depends on the size of the organisation. Payment must be made upfront via PayPal or Payfast before the posting will go live on the site. All opportunities should be posted through the dedicated form.

2. Post Approval  
All opportunities posted are subject to approval by afrorama before going live to ensure they meet our posting guidelines. Afrorama reserve the right to edit or refuse any post at its discretion.  

3. Opportunity Posting Guidelines
For any opportunity (paid jobs or unpaid opportunities) to be eligible for posting on #AfricaJobsBoard, the opportunities must:

1. Be based on the African continent, be related to the African continent or only be open to African candidates
2. Be an opportunity related to social impact and/or aimed at reaching the Sustainable Development Goals
3. Be for legitimate employment, consulting, volunteering, funding, capacity building, or internship arrangements
4. Provide clear details on duties, requirements, hours, length of engagement
5. Stipulate any compensation or benefits offered (or lack thereof for unpaid opportunities)
6. Include accurate contact information for application/expression of interest process

By posting an opportunity on the #AfricaJobsBoard, you as "The Client" agree to the following terms:

Listings deemed suspicious, potentially fraudulent/misleading, or promoting illegal/unethical opportunities will be rejected or removed. #AfricaJobsBoard reserves final right to evaluate postings on a case-by-case basis relative to our posting guidelines. Violations may result in bans from future posting privileges.

4. Post Duration
Opportunities posted for free will remain live on the site for 14 days after initial posting. Featured opportunities posted will remain live on the site for 30 days after initial posting or until the deadline set in the submission form. To extend your posting for an additional 30 days or beyond the date stated in the submission form, clients have to pay for a new featured opportunity.

4. No Refunds
Purchases of job postings are non-refundable, unless there is an error on the part of afrorama in posting the content. In the event of an error by afrorama, a refund can be issued at afrorama's discretion. If the job posting contains accurate information from what was remitted at the time of purchase, no refund is possible if the buyer wishes to cancel or withdraw the posting for any reason.  

5. Logo Usage
By posting an opportunity on the #AfricaJobsBoard, you grant us permission to feature your company name and logo in the “Featured Organisations” section of our website and other promotional materials. This is to showcase the companies and organisations utilising our site for recruiting, and is intended only for promotional purposes on behalf of #AfricaJobsBoard.

6. No Guarantees
#AfricaJobsBoard provides postings of opportunities as a service, but does not guarantee that any posted positions–paid or unpaid–will be filled or that any applicants/candidates will be contacted or hired .

7. Limitation of Liability  
In no event shall #AfricaJobsBoard be liable for any damages whatsoever, including special, direct, indirect, consequential, or incidental damages, arising out of the use of or inability to use the site or content.
