Role Overview
PhilanthroStrat is seeking a highly organised, innovative, and self-driven Client Strategy & Operations Lead to support the CEO. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, startup environment and ispassionate about driving strategy implementation for social impact. The successful candidate will lead theexecution of strategic client work, coordinate with NGOs and corporates, support fundraising efforts, and report directly to the CEO.
Key Responsibilities
• Coordinate the execution of strategic client projects across NGO and corporate partners.
• Serve as the liaison between the CEO, client department heads and external service providers.
• Manage project timelines, deliverables, and follow-ups to ensure quality execution.
• Support the CEO in implementing and tracking fundraising strategies with existing and prospective donors.
• Track and report on progress, risks, and outcomes to the CEO with clear, solutions-driven updates.
• Assist in preparing proposals, donor reports, and customised impact reporting frameworks
