We are hiring a Partnerships Manager! This role will be crucial in building and managing relationships with public, private, and individual partners to support our mission.
We are looking for someone based in Dakar, fluent in English and French, with at least three years of experience in partnerships, fundraising, or stakeholder engagement. This person will be responsible for securing funding, developing strategic collaborations, and creating sustainable systems from the ground up.

Role Overview
Teach For Senegal is hiring its first Partnerships Manager, a new position critical to building and expanding our relationships with public institutions, private sector stakeholders, and individual donors. This role requires a self-starter who is comfortable building systems from the ground up and developing a structured, scalable approach to partnerships and fundraising. The ideal candidate is a proactive leader with a strong network, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of the education and philanthropic landscape in Senegal and globally.
