CALL FOR CONSULTANCY: Developing a Community-Based Leadership & Mentorship Toolkit Siaya Muungano Network, Stawisha Africa Initiative, and Siaya Young Women Alliance, in partnership with Children Rights and Violence Prevention Fund (CRVPF), are seeking a qualified consultant to develop a Community-Based Leadership and Mentorship Toolkit for adolescent mothers in Siaya County.
Objective:
The toolkit will empower adolescent mothers with leadership skills, self-confidence, and mentorship guidance within Girl-Centred Community Safe Spaces.
Scope of Work:
Conduct a needs assessment on leadership and mentorship gaps
Develop a user-friendly toolkit with structured curriculum, session plans, activity guides & evaluation tools
Pilot-test the toolkit and refine it based on feedback
Train community mentors on effective implementation
Who Can Apply?
We are looking for an expert with:
A background in education, social work, psychology, or a related field
Experience in girl-centred programs and community engagement
Strong skills in developing participatory toolkits
