We're looking for Business Development Associates with more than 5 years’experience in driving high-value, complex sales, who thrive in fast-paced,entrepreneurial environments. In this role, you will be required to pitch, package, andsell YES’ value propositions to corporate clients, securing and building large-scale longterm partnerships that drive youth employment and business transformation.This role requires a strategic sales mindset, strong negotiation skills, and the ability tobuild compelling value propositions, along with deep industry knowledge to expandYES’ client base and impact.
