Description
Gratitude Network’s Fellowship is a free 1-year program for non-profit leaders and their organizations anywhere around the world.
The program builds leaders’ confidence and capabilities and provides tools and processes for expanding the organization’s impact. Fellows complete our program with more aligned teams ready to execute a multi-year strategic plan to take their organization to the next level – ultimately scaling their impact with the children and youth they serve. Each year, the Gratitude Network conducts a global search for established, social impact leaders who demonstrate a proven organization model serving children and youth who are committed to leadership growth and ready to scale their organization. From over 1,500 applicants annually, we select up to 30 to participate in our program.
Think you have what it takes but not sure you check every box? Research shows that while men apply to roles when they meet an average of 60% of the criteria, women often only apply when they meet every requirement. If you are hesitating, apply!
