My client is currently seeking a Programme Manager – Farmer Livelihoods to lead their efforts in enhancing farmer productivity, income, and sustainability across rural communities in Ivory Coast. This exciting role will involve designing, implementing, and managing agricultural programmes that directly benefit local farmers while working closely with key stakeholders such as government bodies, NGOs, and the private sector.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the development and execution of farmer livelihood programmes focused on improving agricultural practices, market access, and overall community well-being.
Oversee the implementation of farmer training, extension services, and access to markets, ensuring that interventions are impactful and aligned with community needs.
Manage monitoring and evaluation processes to track progress, measure impact, and drive continuous improvement.
Foster strong relationships with stakeholders, including local farmers, governmental agencies, and development partners.
Ensure effective budget management and resource allocation for programme delivery.
Provide leadership, mentorship, and capacity-building to the field staff and programme teams.
