AVPA seeks to recruit a Project Manager.The Project Manager for AVPA’s ‘Knowledge Centre & Capacity Building Project’ (KC&CB), financed by the African Development Bank (AfDB) through the Fund for Africa Private SectorAssistance (“FAPA”) - Project ID No:P-Z1-KB0-018, will be responsible for developing, publishing and disseminating all knowledge materials as well as developing and offering all capacity building trainings under this project. The Project Manager will work closely with theAVPA executive team and Head of Programs to drive, coordinate and ensure that the ‘Knowledge Centre & Capacity Building Project’ is implemented with due diligence, efficiency and in a timely manner.

The Project Manager will strengthen Collaborating, Learning and Adapting (CLA) and Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning (MEL) practices across the KC&CB Project by leading the design and implementation of the CLA and MEL Frameworks. The Project Manager will analyze data collected for assessment of progress and guide reporting processes, consolidate project reports, and promote learning and knowledge sharing of best practices and lessons learned among AVPA’s social investor constituency groups and sta. TheProject Manager will ensure CLA, and MEL practices are applied across the project activities to adaptively deliver high-quality programming and continuously improve programming impact.
