Macenta Beans is an innovative and sustainable German company specializing in the production of high quality Robusta coffee in Macenta, Guinea (West Africa). Our mission is to elevate Guinean coffee and position it among the best Robusta coffees in the world.
As part of our ambitious new project, Macenta Beans is seeking motivated and reliable Team Leaders and General Managers to guide small teams in the collection of geo-spatial data from coffee plantations in Macenta. This role is crucial for ensuring compliance with the European Deforestation Regulation(EUDR) by gathering accurate data to map coffee plantations. Team Leaders will manage the data collection process, ensure high standards are met, and contribute to sustainable agricultural practices.
