Bachelor’s degree (minimum 2nd Class Upper) or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Digital Media, or related fields.

Relevant certifications in digital marketing, social media management, or advertising (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, Meta Certifications) are a plus.

Technical and Professional Skills

Advanced proficiency in social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Twitter, LinkedIn) with expertise in content strategies, trends, and audience engagement.

Knowledge of key product categories and industry trends to align marketing efforts effectively.

Experience in influencer marketing, including identifying influencers, executing campaigns, and measuring ROI.

Skills in creating high-quality marketing content (posts, videos, blogs, ads, and email campaigns).

Familiarity with marketing tools (Canva, Hootsuite, Google Ads, SEO/SEM platforms, Google Analytics).
