DanChurchAid (DCA) is seeking a dedicated and visionary Programme Manager to lead our HRMA Programme in South Sudan. This role offers a unique opportunity to make a tangible impact in one of the world’s most challenging and complex humanitarian contexts.As Programme Manager, you will report to the Head of Programme and have overall responsibility for overseeing the planning, strategic leadership, operational delivery, and growth of the HRMA programme. You will manage resources effectively, ensure compliance with financial and administrative processes, and coordinate the logistics and operations. The position requires strong leadership, people management, tact, communication and organisational skills. You will lead a dynamic team of over 6 staff members. Your strategic vision, leadership, and ability to navigate a volatile context will be essential for success.
