The Alliance for Women and Girls (AFWAG) is looking for a dynamic Network Growth and Engagement Manager to join our mission of advancing gender equity across Africa! Based in Malawi, Kenya, Zimbabwe, or Nigeria, this role is perfect for a results-driven professional who thrives on member engagement, program coordination, and driving growth. You'll play a critical role in expanding AFWAG’s vibrant network of organisations, fostering collaboration, and shaping initiatives that uplift women and girls across the continent. What We’re Looking For:
✔ 5+ years of experience in community building, network growth, or a similar role.
✔ Strong skills in project execution, data analysis, and communication.
✔ A passion for gender equity and social justice.
